I'd say that Orin's definitely not the brightest crayon in the box, and the "Swiss" hand model must in fact be Canadian, but I can't quite understand what she's doing with him, or why everyone seems to think he knows something about the Entertainment.

But in a contradictory way, I have a sneaking suspicion that Orin may actually turn out to be involved in the Infinite Jest plot, which seems to go against his apparent dim-wittedness. I just keep thinking back to him tracing that infinity symbol on a Subject's thigh.
