Hi DWS. Thanks so much for linking to that article! I really enjoyed reading it and gaining some insight into the production end of three of DFW's books.

Re: learning more about book layout, I have some experience in book design but, alas, am more of a dilettante. A good place to start learning about book design beyond "picking the font" is
