Some of the endnotes have "see sub" written in them, and I'm not sure what that means. One had "see sub 304" which referred to endnote 304, but most do not. Am I missing something obvious here? I'm not well-versed on formatting rules for endnotes and footnotes, so I'm sorry if this is a silly question. |

It means that the information being referred to is after the first paragraph or so of the referenced footnote. |
