I can't make it this coming Thursday -- the 9th -- but I'll be there the 16th!

Just wanted to mention that this meetup is still going strong, and will continue to do so. Every Thursday, 6pm, at the Four-Faced Liar in Greenwich Village: http://www.thefour-facedliar.com/ I post reminders from the Twitter account http://twitter.com/infsumnyc.

Just noticed that the Four-Faced Liar has a Blake quotation on their web site: "Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand and Eternity in an hour." Appropriate!

Curses, I'm systematically unable to make this. Although my Thursdays should start to free up... oh, about the time we're scheduled to finish the book.

Strange. When I first read about a meet-up going on in NYC, I automatically envisioned it happening at the four-faced liar. Anyway, I think I'm down. If not this week then next.

Ack. My head was so wrapped up in IJ after my first meetup last week that I spaced and said I'd see everyone next week. When in fact I'm going to be out of town for a long weekend, starting this Thursday afternoon. :-( So have a great session this week everyone--I'm sad to miss it, but I'll be back for the next one on the 20th.

This seems apropos given last night's (separate) discussions about Hamlet and social networks: HAMLET (FACEBOOK NEWS FEED EDITION) [McSweeney's]
