Hey everyone -- Mike here in DC. Re-reading IJ (after 10 years) after learning about Infinite Summer on Monday (just in time!) Trying to rope in a few friends as well, both re-readers and virgins, and would love to meet up with other Jesters in the area for drinks and debate at some point. |

Hey guys -- thanks for writing. (And Quinn: gorgeous post on the introduction board... that is the first time I've missed someone else's ex without having met either of them.) Want to try to meet up for a drink/chat some evening next week? I live in Petworth and work downtown. What neighborhoods/days/times might be convenient for you? - Mike |

Downtown would be easy for me. Anywhere close to Metro. I am flexible next week, so far. Any post-work evening Mon-Thu. I don't have suggestions because I haven't been living in the DC area for very long. |

All over it. D.C. Area Infinite Summer MeetUp's next get-together will be 5:30 PM, Thursday, 9 July at Mr. Henry's on Capitol Hill. No set agenda. Show up as you can, depart as you need. Just an informal opportunity to meet and discuss in an unstructured way. We've got another one scheduled for the Thursday after that, 16 July, location TBD. |

Gack! I wish I could make it for this Thursday but I am out of town, til next Thursday morning. Will try to make next Thursday, and hoping for another meetup later on in the summer. |
