Hi, I just started reading the book -- this is my first time round. I would be interested in meeting others who're also pursuing the endurance schedule, esp if this is your first time too (First DFW too, for me.) I have to say I was skeptical so far, but I thought doing it under a deadline possibly with co-readers would make it interesting even if the book itself failed to do it for me (So far, 33 pages in, I am enjoying it beyond description.) Hey Sameer, We have a little group in Seattle that's going to be meeting up every couple of weeks. We just had our first meeting and it seems like a great group to read with. Feel free to join us. I've invited everyone that's chimed in on the original blog post to join us in our Google Group which is how we get the word out about our meetups. The next meeting is August 5th, 8PM at Dad Watson's in Fremont. Or group is meeting every other Wednesday at 8PM. If you want to join us, hit up the comments and I'll get you on our Google Group. |
