Post subject:  And but so....

Quite possibly the dumbest Infinite Jest question ever. Don't tell anyone. I know that DFW fans have glommed onto the "and but so" and "and but so then" writing tics Wallace had in transitioning sentences. But I can't find any in IJ. I found several "and so" and an "and but" but I'm at a loss.
I hope very few of infinite summer's participants are checking the forum this week because I'm mortified. But still want to know---where are the "And but so"s? (amazon's search function says there are 775 pages that contain those words, which does not help at all.)

Thanks for any help (and your total secrecy on this one).

I'm sorry to say that I don't have page references handy, but if my memory isn't malfunctioning then there's no way I'm going back to track own all the instances of this particular 'tic' because I remember there being a ton, all over the place.

You are awesome. Thank you so much for the effort that took, Josh. It was really bugging me to have read twice and not caught anything beyond "and but"s.
