One of the things I've found challenging in these past 100 pages or so is that the timeline is becoming pretty hard to follow, and the story is jumping around a good amount inside of a 7 day period. Below is an attempt to sort it out:

- p. 769 - 11/11-12 (overnight), Mario and Hal in their room
- p. 774 - 11/14, Marathe and Gompert talk about Marathe's higher power (his wife)
- p. 782 - 11/11-12 (overnight), Mario and Hal in their room
- p. 785 - 11/17, Hal goes to Ennet House
- en 324 - 11/17, Pemulis counsels Possalthwaite
- p. 787 - 11/17 (??), Molloy Notkin interview. Probably after 11/14 if not on 11/17.
- en. 332 - 11/17, Pemulis gets the shoe
- p. 795 - 11/17, Hal at the Men's Meeting
- p. 809 - 11/12-13 (Thursday-Friday), Gately in hospital. P. 816 is dawn breaking on 11/13. Calvin Thrust brings brownies. (p. 826)
- p. 827 - 11/13-14, Gately in hospital with Day & then wraith.
- p. 845 - 11/19, AFR plans to abduct Icandenza family
- p. 846 - 11/14 (??), Gately dreams of Mrs. Waite
- p. 851 - 11/20, Hal wakes early
- p. 854 - 11/14, Gately in hospital with Joelle (who brought a couple of the confiscated brownies).
- p. 864 - 11/20, Hal brushes his teeth and encouters Ortho Stice
