Just a tidbit here after reading the section where Marathe and Steeply discuss the Brandon Psychiatric Center and MK-Ultra. p. 472 fn. 198 MK-Ultra was an actual project involving psych/drug experiments as was the lawsuit discussed in fn. 198. For geeks like me who truly enjoy looking this stuff up the legal citation is "Orlikow et. al. v. United States", 682 F.Supp. 77 (1988). Mrs. David Orlikow, like the rest of the plantiffs, was Canadian. |
