I don't know if this goes to Daily Discussion forum or to the question forum. I'll post here anyways.

Pg. 194 :

No, I'm pretty sure we haven't. And anyway, she dies before the bulk of this story so far takes place (p 195-196).

But it's funny how the intertwining and overlapping storylines keep you on your toes like this, isn't it? You never know if an offhand mention of a seemingly unimportant character is going to come back in some other section. For me that's been one of the most fun parts about the book.
