I saw the post about Orin being Mario's father. A few things that make me thing CT is Mario's Father: p. 451 - "Tavis' hand working nervously around the cup of hazelnut decaf that steams upward into his face....the thing it's not entirely impossible he may have fathered asleep next to the sound system with it's claws on its chest and four pillows for bradypnea-afflicted breathing that sounds like soft repetitions of the word sky or ski, not eager to wake it and have to interface with it and have it look up at him with a terrible calm and accepting knowledge..." Endnote 244: Mario, like his maternal uncle Charles Tavis, has a dislike of fluorescent lighting The skin color that was noted in the Orin = Marios Father thread. |

Yeah, and photos of CT's mother show her to be about dwarf-height apparently. Readers are definitely supposed to suspect CT is Mario's father, but there's no definitive proof of course. |
