		<description>I liked Quincy a lot because he was about action and noticing things. Everyone else does a lot of sitting and discussing, and Quincy is just like, &quot;Hmm, there&#039;s a big bat on the windowsill. If I tell them, these jokers will want to discuss it to death, so I&#039;ll go outside and try and shoot it before it can fly away.&quot; I appreciated that he paid attention to what was actually happening instead of what had already happened.</description>
